Thur. Sept. 25 is Sourest Day

 Bring on the sour foods. Wanna have some fun? Introduce sour foods to your child for the first time.
According to Eat Taste Heal, sour foods "cleanse tissues, increases absorption of minerals."

* Bake chicken breasts with lemon and lime juice.
* Enjoy some sour candies.
* Some Greek yogurt like Chobani is sour.
